SSC October phased return update 20/9/2020:
Updated: Sep 29
Invites for October sessions will be going out this week by email. As a club we aim to hopefully have the majority of our swimmers returned to the new Covid Secure sessions by the end of October.
Again we thank everyone for their patience and support. Swimmers who do not wish to return to these Covid Secure and restricted sessions, will not lose their place in the club and are welcome back at a later date.
The sessions below are now booked with EA for October and November, unless a change in government restrictions prevent them taking place.
We will continue to follow all Covid rules currently in place as per risk assessments including, a closed gallery to limit Covid transmission and abide by 30 gathering rules, double width lanes and max of 7 invited swimmers per double width lane. We will continue to use fire doors for entry and exit to the pool , no changing facilities available so swimmers to be “beach ready”
A maximum numbers in sessions mean swimmers must only swim in their allocated sessions. DO NOT turn up to a session without Pre-Booking on your allocated session first, strictly via the club email:
All questions on sessions must also be sent using the above email. The new restricted Covid Secure sessions for all swimmers for October and November are :
